1. Shipping Coverage & Locations

We provide pan-India shipping across all major states and union territories. We partner with leading B2B transport agencies and surface couriers (Delhivery, SafeExpress, XpressBees, etc.) to ensure your wholesale packages arrive safely.

2. Shipping Rates and Calculation

Because wholesale orders vary greatly in weight and box dimensions (from a few kilograms of light accessories to heavy machinery and kitchenware), shipping rates are **not calculated automatically** at checkout. Instead, our team will pack your order, weigh the box, and calculate the actual shipping cost from our warehouse in Mumbai to your destination. We pass this cost directly to you with zero markup.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

• Dispatch: Orders are packaged and dispatched within 24-48 business hours after manual payment is cleared.
• Transit Time: Metro cities generally receive shipments within 3-5 days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations take 5-8 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will update the status of your order in "My Orders" to **Shipped** and share the tracking link and docket number directly on your registered WhatsApp phone number.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We wrap all wholesale packages in high-quality packing materials to prevent transit damage. In the rare event of damage or lost packages, please contact our support desk immediately with unboxing videos within 24 hours of delivery.
